BEAU AVENUE Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from BEAU AVENUE. If something isn’t right, we make returns, refunds, and exchanges simple and fair.

1. Return Window

   •   You can return items within 21 days of delivery.

   •   Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. How to Return Items

   •   Email us at returns@beaubeautycosmetics.com with your order details.

   •   Wait for approval before sending anything back.

   •   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Restocking Fee

   •   No fee for items returned in original, unused condition.

   •   A 10% fee may apply if the item is used, damaged, or missing packaging.

4. Final Sale Items

   •   Some items may be Final Sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged.

   •   Final Sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.

5. Refunds

   •   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

   •   Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
